Лучшего размещения быта не может, всё под домом и развлечения и бары и пляж . Самая центральная улица, с выходом окон на площадь!👍👍👍👍

Было очень чисто, много полотенец, туалетная бумаги в прок, мелкие продукты: кофе, масло, приправы, очень выручили. Модный ремонт, красивые комнаты! Объект в реальности лучше, чем на фото. Хозяин отреагировал сразу на все мои просьбы! В планах вернуться и советовать это жилье всем хорошим людям!

Die wohnung war sehr schön eingerichtet, die küche verfügte über alles, inkl. Mixer etc, das bad war sehr schön mit genügend heissem wasser, die fenster haben den lärm gut abgehalten, obwohl die wohnung an der hauptstrasse liegt, die lage ist extrem zentral, läden zum einkaufen, der alte borgo, die strände, alles mit wenigen schritten erreichbar. Einziger wermutstropfen für ältere menschen: die wohnung liegt im 3. Stock ohne lift.

The apartments are located right next to the old city center and in close proximity to the sea (7-10 minutes). Nearby are shops, restaurants, pizzerias and bars. The apartment is spacious, has everything you need: washing machine, dishwasher, etc. The sofa in the living room is convertible and comfortable for sleeping. The interior is pleasant and marine-themed. The owner is always in touch. I liked the city and these apartments are fully consistent with a vacation in Nettuno.

It wasn't a problem for us, but it might be a nuisance for someone else: it's on the 3rd floor (actually the fourth) without an elevator, and it was sometimes noisy in the evening because there are a lot of establishments around.

Byliśmy 8 nocy z 3 nastolatkami. Lokalizacja była świetna. Od razu przy głównej podstawowej ulicy z kawiarniami i sklepami. Bardzo dobrze przygotowane łóżka, starannie pościelone i bardzo grube miękkie materace (akurat dla mnie był za miękki). Wysokiej jakości klimatyzacja, dobrze chłodziła ale jednocześnie nie wiała zimnem, komfort był idealny. Apartament oprócz łazienki odnowiony, dobry Internet. Jeżeli kiedyś wrócimy do Nettuno to na pewno w to sami miejsce.

Trudno mówić że się nie podobało ale może dla niektórych być to problem, dość głośne, pierwszej nocy budziły nas śmieciarki, drugiej nocy i dalej już spaliśmy dobrze. Trzecie piętro bez windy, ładna klatka schodowa. Dla nas ok, ale starsza osoba może się męczyć. Lodówka otwiera się w drugą stronę, powinny być drzwiczki przekręcone, utrudnia to korzystanie z niej.

Perfect location for family, close to the beach, shops etc. Friendly hosts that helped with transfer arrangements and other recommendations. Good beach and sea in August was very warm.

Very nice city, interesting location of the apartment, very close to the train station, restaurants, the supermarket, the beach (5-minute walk), and the historical city center. The apartment is very modern with a great configuration, and all necessary things are provided (including a dish washing mashine and an oven).

Noisy at night. This is not about music from nearby restaurants (which you can expect when an apartment has such a central location). This is about very noisy cleaning and trash collection services (?, because we didn't see it but heard it very well). around 4-5 am in the morning (ear plugs are really needed). The second big downside is the lack of air conditioning in the small room. Lastly, there is a very thin mattress on the sofa in the central room (you can feel the metal mesh) and no elevator (apartments on the last 3rd floor).
