StayInn Grand Forks

while I did not have breakfast my room was, as always, clean and comfortable. Extremely good value as well. The real accolades for this property goes to the staff. I cannot recall the woman who helped me both at check in and check out but she was friendly, efficient and well informed not only about the hotel, but the surrounding area. I have stayed here a few times when I have needed to stay in Grand Forks and have never been disappointed. This trip was no exception.

The price $68, room was clean, bed was comfortable. Hotel was what I expected for the price. Older hotel they have remodled and still are. Breakfast in the morning cold cereal, muffins, coffee. Didn't expect breakfast for the price I paid. Staff was friendly and down to earth.

I would never stay there again! That was my first and last time!... The place is terrible water leaking from the ceiling in the hallways and inside of the rooms. I had to change rooms twice when I first got to my room. The first room, it wasn't even clean The bedding have not been changed blood stains on the bed. The floor was a mess hair all in the bed. It was just disgusting. The refrigerator was not clean. I got moved to another room where the roof started leaking water. Move to another room it smelled so terrible. The beds are not comfortable. The rooms are not clean. The place really just needs to be shut down. I wouldn't recommend that place to anyone.

location was good, was mostly clean. convenient and quiet.

we did not have very hot water in our room, barely warm enough to shower. The floor could have been swept better.
