We didn’t have the breakfast.
The checking was complicated. I had booked another place at first and this one. Was going to decide between the two places. I tried to cancel the other place. Somehow both places were cancelled & I had a hard time rebooking this one. Lesson learned : don’t try to cancel bec apparently there are only certain times on certain days when you can cancel.

The front desk staff were nice.
The outside was very unappealing when we arrived. There was a strong marijuana smell throughout the building. The room itself smelled very bad. The room was painted stark white and had no art to make the space feel warmer. There was obvious water damage to the floor and parts were unfinished. We did not feel safe or comfortable and decided to stay somewhere else.

The guest services rep was nice. An actual working refrigerator/freezer.
Having to sleep in our clothes as the linens were ALL soiled. The pillows & cases were disgusting & beds were unkemptly made. In fact, our 1st room hadn’t even been made up at all. Staff need protocol/safety training
