This is the first negative review I have ever written, but unfortunately this experience leaves me no choice. The main issue was the temperature in the room. At 22:54 it was 16°C, and at 23:03 it was 16.1°C, only a 0.1°C increase in 10 minutes. It is simply not acceptable to expect guests to sleep in a room at 16°C. At 11 PM, going out to search for another hotel was the last thing we wanted to do. In addition, the apartment was not properly cleaned. The bathroom floor was dirty, the foot towel was so dirty I wouldn’t even step on it, and the bath towels hanging on the radiator did not look clean at all. Overall, the level of cleanliness was far below what should be considered basic standards. This is not about luxury, it is about basic comfort, hygiene, and respect for guests.
