Das Haus ist insgesamt sehr gut ausgestattet, inklusive Klimaanlagen in jedem Zimmer. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden, was man an Geschirr und auch Elektrogeräten braucht. Wir waren mit 7 Erwachsenen und einem Kleinkind und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Im Hinterhof gibt es eine Aussenterasse auf der man gut verweilen kann. Die Nachbarschaft ist sehr höflich und freundlich. Die Kommunikation mit dem Hausbesitzer war einwandfrei. Savvas stand uns jederzeit für Fragen und Anliegen zur Verfügung und war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir danken ihm für all die Hilfe und Unterstützung während unserem Urlaub.

Das Haus liegt an einer viel befahrenen Autostrasse, so daß es daher laut ist. Dies ist vor allem Nachts sehr störend. In der Nähe des Hauses gibt es fußläufig nichts (Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Cafés, Restaurants...). Ausser der Strand ist in 10 Minuten Fussweg zu erreichen. Ohne einen Mietwagen ist man daher nicht mobil. Leider gibt es keine Spülmaschine und auch keine Kaffeemaschine. Unser Doppelbett war nicht sehr komfortabel und fühlte sich durchgelegen an. Das Babybett war eine Babywiege, sodass es für unser Kleinkind viel zu klein war und sie bei uns im Bett geschlafen hat.

Beautiful and spacious house, very nice beach within walking distance. The sales manager is very helpful and a good communicator.

The nearby road is a bit noisy.

We had a very good experience staying at Savinas’ place. However, we strongly advise to rent a car if you stay there. By car, the house is 5 to 10 minutes away from several beaches and around 25 minutes from the old town. We traveled 7 adults and a 1,5 year old baby and it was very comfortable.

The house is really big and just 10 minutes walk from very nice beach.

The house is located close to the main road and it is noisy in the night when you want to sleep with the open windows.

Whole house for fare price. Host Savvinas was very professional and did his best to take care of instructions, meeting us and so on. Bravo. Me and my wife appreciated Private time, and had everything that was necessary in the house. Also, photos and reality corresponded totally. Nearest Beach ~12 mins on foot, and it's to one of the cleanest beaches. Very nice stony shore and beatiful Caves as place of attraction.
