Secret Spot by Palapita Beach House

Price- quality in this hostel is perfect. The restaurant in front is perfect and offers good quality food. Would definitely stay here again.

Be aware you usually can't swim in the ocean in front of the restaurant. Walk to the other beaches is relatively long.

The room and bathroom was super clean. The location is great for walking to everything in Zicatela.

There was no check in desk or check in staff. Everything is via text. If it wasnt for the cleaning lady I wouldn't have know where the balcony was nor the little fridge for my meds. There is no kitchen. There is no vibe. The Air conditioning was awful in the room. It was difficult to get ready with how hot the bathroom was and the fact that there was only one shower unlocked to use 3 or if my 4 nights. The volleyball court wasn't allowed to be used unless you bought drinks from the restaurant. We were kicked off the court even with bracelets shown.

Todo menos el calor terrible. Por eso me tuve que ir. Me tocó dormir en una terraza con los demás en un colchón de de silla de playa. Lamentablemente no tenian electricidad y no se podía estar. Me devolvieron el dinero que ya había pagado ! Muy honestos. Don Luis siempre se preocupo. Espero regresar en futuro

Sólo lo del calor infernal.

La atención vía WhatsApp fue súper puntual y rápida. Igual en el beach club, todos muy amables e hicieron mi estancia muy cómoda.

Honestamente, el calor en la habitación hizo que no pudiera descansar bien ningún día. Adicionalmente, es increíble que hiciera más calor en el hostal que en la calle, el diseño del lugar en sí, crea como un efecto invernadero por la falta de ventilación.

El lugar es pequeño pero bien distribuido, las camas son cómodas y el lugar se limpiaba todos los días.

El unico personal q habia eran las de limpieza su atencion fue excelente. Quien administra no apareció, yo elegi la opcion de pagar en el lugar porque preferia pagar en efectivo y me insistia con una liga de pagos que me vi obligada a usar ya que me seguia mandando mensajes desde la plataforma informando q el pago estaba pendiente, luego de que habiamos acordado que se presente en el lugar a un horario me escribio a los 15 minutos del horario acordado diciedo que no me vio y yo estaba en la habitacion.
