+ quiet for the sorrounding noises + staff very friendly + big lockers + mostly clean + nice design

- would be great to have more toilets, not only one per person - missing a kitchen - no fridge - no inside community room - Wifi is unreliable

The staff here were horrible to us. Not allowing us to sit in the bar area because we are guests even tho we were buying cocktails and spending money. They were so rude and unwelcoming. There were cockroaches in the shower.

If some things would be approached differently I’d have loved my stay: - please let guests know at check-in that there is water for free, I didn’t know so I had to buy it all the time just to find out after check-out that you can get it at the bar for free - the remote of the AC should stay in the room when it is turned on, ours turned off during night or it was way too cold which made the nights uncomfortable - I prolonged my stay and was told that it’ll be the same price when actually it was almost double the amount per night for whatever reason. Please communicate this clearer, I don’t want to feel like I have to “control” first what price per night is stated online.

The property was in a very good location, easily accessible to all the bars, restaurants and beach. Loved the bed situation, felt really homely. Also had a great time with the party promoter, Maya. If it wasn’t for her showing us around, taking us to cool food spots and clubs I doubt everyone would’ve stayed as long as they did. Super lovely girl who made everyone’s day more fun :).

I found the receptionists to be quite Bitchy and unwelcoming. The Aircon situation was quite dire, considering how put together the property was as a whole it didn’t make sense that the aircon was such a big problem. I also didn’t agree with the times it was allowed to be out on and off. In times where the weather is in a heatwave and it’s impossible to cool down outside, aircon is a must. I would’ve rather payed a bit more extra than have to suffer outside in the scorching heat for most of the day.
