Georgio's Apartment

We stayed here for 3 nights. Mary is friendly and the check in/ out was easy and convenient . (Key box) The apartment is spacious (2 rooms, living room and 2 balconies) and clean, equipped with everything (washing machines, towels etc) suitable for a family or group of 4. There were some welcome snacks and water waiting for us. The location of the apartment is nice, in 5 mins to the beach and restaurants by foot, 15 mins to the old city by foot. Supermarkets and lots of shops nearby. There are air conditioners in every room. The apartment might not be so modern compared to the other apartments/ hotel we stayed, but it is really cozy and spacious for us(for 2 persons). We feel comfortable and satisfied during the stay!

The apartment was very clean and with a lot of facilities: coffee and frappe machine, a smart TV and many more. The host left some welcome gifts as well: a bottle of water, a bottle of juice, biscuits and peaches that we really appreciated. It was also possible to check in after we requested it. The closest beach is 2 minutes on foot and the port is 10-12 minutes on foot.

The bath mixer needs to be fixed / changed because it's difficult to adjust it so that the water is neither cold nor hot. The curtain in the bath should be a bit shorter and a brighter color because when closed almost no light gets in and it's dark. If you have a car it's a bit difficult to find a parking spot in the area.

Bathroom needs renovation

Location is great. Very close to the beach (2 minutes walk). 20 minutes walk to old Venice port. Air conditioning in every room.

Everything was perfect, we met the perfect host and we can't wait to come back! Mary welcomed us with fresh fruit, lemon cake, fresh eggs and more. The apartment was spacious, clean, well equipped. And the location: the beach was just around the corner, the old town was about 12 minutes walking distance away. We had a wonderful time and will definitely come back.

First of all, the location is perfect, it is Just 2 minutes away from beach. The apartment itself is big, clean, full equipt and bright. The owner is also very helpful. We enjoyed a lot during our stay. Highlighting recommended.

Maria the owner was such a lovely woman, she went over and above for me and my mum, the apartment was perfect for us, very clean, no insects, big beds, lots of space, fully equipped throughout, front and back balcony. 2 separate rooms set apart which gave us our privacy. Beach and restaurants around the corner although better restaurants to be found in Chania, can highly recommend the restaurants Kritamon and Boheme for beautiful food, service and music! The Rabbit and the Sea Bream Carpacio in Kritamon are amazing! I can also recommend the Bar Sinagogi for great cocktails and ambiance.

There wasn't anything I didn't like about the apartment, it was really excellent. Maybe more TV channels in English would be good as I could only understand the BBC News channel and that just repeats the same news over and over again so other British Channels would have been great but the TV was not why we were there. I can highly recommend this apartment and the wonderful lovely owners. I can't thank them enough. Lovely lovely people!! :)
