Horrid smell from hallway that comes into the room. It felt like there was something rotten around. Bluebottle flies and cockroaches would come inside the room because there is a big gap under the front door. It was reported but no response until now. They must be aware of it because there was bugs killer powder aroubd the corners. Bath us rusty and doesn't drain. Reported but no response. One day there was no hot water and we had to have a cold shower. It was reported and fixed but we didn't have hot water that night, only the following day. Glass on window is broken and secured with tape Tv is way too small for the size of the room Spring matress wasn't so comfortable for us. There was no kettle as per room description. Do not recommend.
