Big, clean, huge sofa, nice balcony. Nice neighborhood and nice block. Parking space available. Walking distance to the store. Close to public transportation.

You have to go to the building through a ramp that is opened by a security guard.

We decided to rent this apartment because of the modern design it has on the pictures and when we arrived it really looked exactly like in them. There are led lights everywhere which is cool. The furniture was cool and modern, the bathroom looks luxurious at first. But the experience is not so great as we thought it would be. There is no screen in the bathroom so everything in it becomes wet. There is no shower at all! Just a bathtub so if u are tall u can wash your body only while laying in the bathtub. There is no floor drain in the bathroom. Even if u might want to take a bath it’s not possible at all because of the bathtub stopper which is not working - u can’t close it and fill the bathtub. There is no wardrobe in the bedroom. The wardrobe is in the living room which is not very comfortable. There was only 1 big towel per person for the body - there were no face neither hand towels so we had to use one for the full body. There was no toilet paper. There was only one mirror and it was in the bathroom - no more mirrors at all. We found some pants in the wardrobe, maybe somebody forgot about them. The cleanliness in some areas was not the best as well.
