La qualité de la chambre et des espaces proposés La taille réduite de l'endroit ce qui rend l'expérience exclusive (seulement deux chambres) L'attention portée aux détails La propreté Le service et l'écoute La beauté de la rénovation Je me suis senti "très très bien reçu" mais pas dans un "luxe"

Le luxe ne se résume pas à l'exclusivité offerte c'est un ensemble de services (qui n'est pas là) L'endroit se rapproche d'un endroit luxueux mais ne l'est pas vraiment C'est plutôt "exclusif" que "luxueux" Trop de mises en garde (attention à ceci et à cela, etc.) Il faut accepter que les clients fassent vivre l'endroit même si tout est fragile (le parquet, la douche, etc.) Le petit-déjeuner devrait être organisé différemment pour améliorer le confort des clients
