"Mooi uitzicht over Como meer, matige kamers, prima restaurant."

Uitstekend gegeten in het restaurant.

Personeel was niet verwelkomend en weinig vriendelijk, met uitzondering van de dame bij het ontbijt. Ontbijt was erg minimaal; wat witte broodjes, droge croissants, cornflakes, jam en kaas. Geen vers sap, geen muesli, één kop koffie per persoon. Op mijn klacht dat er geen warm water was om te douchen werd gereageerd met: ‘Ook niet nadat je de kraan 10/15 minuten liet lopen?’ Dat wordt dus blijkbaar normaal gevonden. Wat een verspilling!

Wie bei früheren Besuchen war das das freundliche Personal sehr hilfsbereit.

bei tel. Anfrage ob am Folgetag Zimmer frei ist, war keine zielführende Antwort erhältlich, es wurde nur auf @-Kontakt zum Geschäftsleiter verweisen, dessen Antwort aber ausblieb. Buchung hier war ok, aber Unterkunft vernachlässigt: kein Warmwasser, keine Wasserbecher im Bad. Chef hatte bei Warmwasser Reklamation nur Ausreden, erst am nächsten Morgen kam kaum ausreichend Warmwasser. Zu fehlenden Zahnputzbechern erklärte er: das sei schließlich kein 3-Sterne Hotel. WC-Papierrolle lag frei herum, Halterung leer (ist egal, aber symptomatisch!), Möblierung mangelhaft: keine Ablagemöglichkeit für Koffer, obwohl bei besserer Positionierung des Schrankes durchaus möglich. Das war des letzte mal für uns!

"Hôtel tranquille dans un petit village"

Hôtel bien situé au dessus de Chiasso avec une vue sur le lac de Como, bien mangé sur place.

Les chambres un peu petites et mal insonorisé. Pas vu Georges Clooney au bord du lac de Como 😉

Das angeschlossene Restaurant bot sehr leckeres italienisches Essen und aufmerksamen Service.

Das mit Update und Mehrkosten gebuchte Zimmer mit Seeblick war erst nach Reklamation und nur noch für die 2. Nacht verfügbar. Das Hotel hat angeblich nur 1 Doppelzimmer mit Seeblick. Das 1. Zimmer war ziemlich eng.
