Just need to add Hair dryers in rooms.

Rooms are spacious, neat and clean. Staff were very modest and polite.

Hi, I would like to complain about this hotel. We were supposed to check in on 13th August 2023. We booked a room for three people and flew from Mangalore to Udaipur via Mumbai. When we reached Mumbai airport, I saw an email informing me to confirm within 12 noon (when we reached, it was after 12), or else the booking would be canceled. I booked the room through Booking.com, and it was confirmed, and the cancellation policy was that the booking was nonrefundable. This means that my room was booked, and if there was no show-up, I would pay for one night, which was fine with me. So, from Mumbai airport, I called the hotel, and one Mr. Mosha answered the call, and he was so arrogant. When I asked him why it was canceled, he got angry and asked me, "Do you know who I was talking to?" And he used all abusive language which ended up him and I having a heated argument. When my daughter called him again, he was rude and behaved very badly. Incidentally, he is the owner of the hotel, it seems. It appears that he is the owner, he is the receptionist, he is everything there. This is not acceptable at all. I think that Booking.com should engage with him and de-list this hotel from the website. I am surprised that he runs his hotel this way and behaves with customers badly in such an important tourist place Udaipur.

We did not stay in this hotel as Mr. Mosha canceled our booking unilaterally. He told me that even if the room was booked he was going to cancel, which he did. He did not give reasons for canceling. So, guys, think before you book rooms in this hotel.

The hotel was really good!!! The rooms are very neat and clean and also all the staff members are very polite. The best part was the complimentary breakfast served in the morning. It was really delicious.

There was nothing as such. All the things were the best.
