spacious rooms, private, helpful and professional reception staff. laundry service was useful. staff offered us water, there was tea and coffee in bedroom. air conditioning was good, shower with hot-water.

generally the property felt dusty, outlook from bedroom window was messy, noisy, dogs barking at night etc. the rooftop seating area was dusty, we couldn’t use.

I loved my stay at Aura. The location is good but the best of the hotel is how comfortable the room is. Bathroom is brand new and high quality and the bed was the best I have stayed in all my time in India. I had great sleep which is very important for me.
