Alexander's cottage

Elegant tasteful architectural renovation of very old traditional village house in supremely peaceful location. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms and large kitchen. Two patios - one private space and another one on which to eat, overlooking the village and mountains. Helpful and welcoming hosts. Superbly clean and a cleaner came in half-way through stay, washed floors etc and gave new sheets and towels. Fittings and appliances brand new. Mountain village location with tremendous birds and wildlife. Fell asleep to the peep-peep calls of the Nightjar, awoke to the crowing of roosters and a peacock. Accessed by main road between Kissamos and Palaochora via Topolia Gorge - 45 mins to Kisamos, 1.5 hours to Palaochora, around two hours to Chania airport. Thank you Gregory and Eleni, we had a very happy time.
