Soraya Rooms Tropea

The room was very clean and quite large, with a big balcony. The bed was comfortable. The location was a little out of the centre but walking distance, and quite close to the beach. There are also a couple of restaurants and a supermarket close by if you don't feel like going into the centre. At night it was peaceful and we slept well. I think compared to other properties in Tropea Soraya Rooms represents good value for money.

When we arrived the crib which we requested was there, but the provided mattress did not fit, with gaps down the side and a huge gap at one end of the crib. We were afraid our baby could fall down it, and it was certainly not following safe sleep guidelines. The owner suggested we pad it out with towels which also would not be safe. Anyway, eventually we solved the issue; the owner sent the mattress that came approved with the travel cot. Getting into the room initially was difficult. We were given a long code and a pin to gain entry via an electronic door lock. However, some communication on how to precisely enter it would have been useful (for example, you had to enter "E" after each set of numbers, but it was not written). Finally, there was no communication about cleaning, rubbish collection etc. On the first day we came back to the main bin having been emptied but the bathroom bin still full. Since we were only there for 3 nights it wasn't a big problem, but more information would have been useful (also providing the WIFI code, cleaning schedule and other helpful points).

Struttura ristrutturata. Nuova. Pulita. Comoda sia alle spiagge che al centro di Tropea. Vicina ai servizi. Con parcheggio interno. Ottimo.

Per rendere il soggiorno ancora più piacevole consiglio di specificare che la colazione compresa è autogestita in camera con prodotti confezionati. Inoltre per permaneze di più giorni è necessario prevedere più passaggi di pulizia e cambio asciugamani. In ogni caso il proprietario e la signora incaricata del rifornimento per la colazione sono stati disponibili e gentili.

Struttura molto pulita, moderna, con tutti i comfort, materasso davvero comodo, comodissimo il self ckin, ho apprezzato molto l'affaccio vista mare, la presenza di dettagli come kit pronto soccorso, phon di discreta qualità che non è da dare per scontato. Ho soggiornato una sola notte ma volentieri avrei soggiornato per periodi più lunghi

Nella tariffa che ho pagato era inclusa la colazione. Avevo letto di recensioni sulla colazione molto positive ma che in realtà è servita dalla struttura alberghiera presente nello stesso edificio e per cui da pagare extra. La mia era con prodotti da supermercato monoporzione cialde. Magari avrei preferito più chiarezza

La struttura è nuova, pulita e ha una posizione strategica.

Al nostro arrivo ci siamo sentite disorientate perché la receptionist ci ha detto che non lavora per Soraya Rooms Tropea e quindi non c’è stata data alcuna indicazione su come contattare in modo immediato la struttura. Abbiamo provato anche a suonare al citofono ma nessuna risposta. Abbiamo risolto chiamando al numero di Soraya su Booking, al quale ci hanno risposto subito 🙂
