Property located in really good location - in the centre of Town. Very good price for full house - 3 bedrooms. Rooms clean and tidy and with good standard. Good communication with the property owner. All information on time and really quick. Kitchen fully equipped. House in general in good standard.

For the first time I met the situation on booking.com that I had to pay deposit (additional money). I have to admit I haven't noticed this information during making reservation as I never had to pay deposit before. I got deposit full deposit back after 2 days I left the property. I don't complain. As I said it was my fault that I missed this information before and I can understand the reason why it happened. Just... I was really surprised I had to pay extra money for the deposit to get the keys as I never met similar situation before. Full house in good standard and clean and tidy, With one small exception... In the shower, in the corners was huge moisture and dark places with mould. It was really surprising as - I said whole house was in good condition except this one place. If this will be removed I can only recommend this place for some rest.

Very handy location in the centre of Newcastle

Mould on the walls in the bathroom. Also asked for an additional £100 deposit after we had booked, which they then took a week to return.

Loved my stay in the views townhouse. The house was in the perfect location just a walk to the beach. Also the house was spotless and beds where comfy. Defo be back!

Location was fantastic for Newcastle.

There is bad mould in the bathroom that needs attention. If you leave the bathroom door open it is all you can smell throughout the house. In picture it gives the impression you will have access to a large decking area but in reality you do not, it belongs to the neighbour. A bit misleading.
