The house was so comfortable and warm. It was close to everything.

Toilet seat not fitted mould around shower tray dome cutlery and plates not cleaned when went to use them smell coming from brown bin out the back

Location is perfect in lovely Newcastle. Close to major attractions. Was a great fit for a family of 4

The toilet seat and mould in the shower and roof of skylight were a bit off putting. I wouldn’t of said anything if not for the fact that several people have reviewed about this dating back some months and it is still not rectified. The washing machine on certain settings also gets stuck in a loop

The location was superb, perfect for my nephew and his friend’s.

The parking was a little difficult, at certain peak times.

The house itself was clean and good range of towels etc, and location was great..

On arrival there were some kids empty bubble containers etc out the back. The frying pan had seen better day and a major red flag was out there was no way to lock and secure the house from the inside. I could turn the knob and that be in temporarily shut, but my daughter who has autism, severe learning difficulties and also non verbal just had to turn the knob and she was straight out the door onto the main road so we had to constantly make sure she was not near it as no safety chain neither.

House was in a great location to everything needed to keep the children entertained

Toilet seat was broken and was sliding every time it was used. The internet was turned off on the morning of departure which was a nightmare because we had to get tidied up and packed up and entertain all 4 children with no Wi-Fi
