Randiya Beach Villa

I was travelling with my mother, and we reached pretty late in the night as we were coming in from Kandy. The host and staff were two extremely kind and courteous men, receiving us with a pleasant smile and greetings. The host speaks good English and makes it easy to communicate. The property is sort of a villa with the individual rooms rented out. The room had spacious bathroom, the lobby inside the villa + the sit out on the beach front, with the beach chairs, and the hammock, amazingly relaxing and snapshotworthy. The air conditioning was perfect. It's easy to find the place, it's right on the road, and owing to the budget provided compared to the surrounding beachfront stays, it is a steal deal. My mother was literally surprised by the sit-out and close proximity to the beach. We delayed our checkout and had fun in the beach. I didn't have the opportunity to eat the breakfast. But the host gave us a quick and nice sendoff. To anyone looking for a two person budget beachfront stay, with plan for local exploring and turn over for a sleep only, this is the perfect stay.

The room size was a bit smaller than expected, but nothing too concerning. I suggest you carry Sri Lankan cash, as this venue accepts only cash.

Amazing place with exclusive access to the beach. Felt like we had our own private beach! Food is great and the hosts are lovely! Highly recommend if you’re someone who likes their own space.

It has a beach accessible at all times and the staff are very nice. Their were no amenities in the washroom, but most SL stays were like that and I carry my own anyway so it wasn’t a big problem for me.

The wifi reception was horrible in my room and the room was small.

The cleanliness of the property was very high and the room arrangements were perfect .Friendly staffs and really a more than worth for the price for a stay .
