"Excellent Hotel with great amenities"

Very impeccable hotel with stylish ambience all over. Safe location and close to a shopping centre, cafes, and surrounded by restaurants that are a 10-15 minute walk. My room was appointed with top notch amenities. the breakfast was delicious with a range of good dishes. Very nice pool and deck, excellent gym. The restaurants serve a variety of delicious cuisines. The staff are very dedicated and supportive. Overall, I fully appreciate this great hotel.

While dedicated and supportive, the wait staff in the restaurant took extremely long to serve the ordered dishes on multiple occasions. Also, and this is a minor one, this hotel does not have any elevator. So be prepared to lift your luggage yourself or ask a staff member to assist you.

Nous sommes restés 12 jours dans cet hôtel bien placé, légèrement en retrait d'un grand axe et donc calme. Le personnel est vraiment agréable, serviable et disponible. Jolie piscine et salle fitness très bien équipée. Le buffet des petits déjeuners est copieux et le restaurant en toiture est très agréable. Les chambres sont spacieuses et les lits très bons. La propreté des lieux est également à souligner.

Notre principal regret a été l'insonorisation entre les chambres. Nous avons demandé à changer de chambre car nous entendions notre voisin parler au téléphone presque comme s'il était avec nous et sa tv (pourtant pas forte). Le changement de chambre nous a permis de constater que le problème était identique dans les autres chambres. Cela a gâché un peu notre séjour. Je recommande vivement au propriétaire de résoudre ce problème s'il veut garder son standing et son niveau de prix. Techniquement ce ne serait d'ailleurs pas si difficile. Autre regret à propos de la TV connectée; le débit internet fait que ça coupe en permanence. Impossible de regarder un film ou une émission. On ne venait pas pour ça mais c'est à savoir.
