The staff are kind and attentive. Godfree, Janet and Glassan were amazing, they are very supportive, very pleasant and ready to ensure your stay is great. The Pool, the gym and the spa are very good and thr food is yummy. I highly recommend the place.

"Very disappointing"

Good location, tidy room.

No hot water for the first 24 hours. No sound insulation between rooms. Breakfast was meant to be open from 7am and wasn't. And last of all I got told by reception when i left that the shuttle to the airport would be free, only to be called on the way to the airport and advised I would have to pay the driver $20USD. This was a really annoying way to finish my trip.

La navette aéroport - hôtel était ponctuelle avec une voiture très confortable. Un personnel sympathique qui vous accueille avec un affranchissement offert part l'hôtel🙂 L'emplacement est calme et vous avez tout ce qu'il vous faut a l'intérieur : gym, piscine, bar, restaurant avec un bon chef.
