the location is unbelievable! not too close to noisy center of the city, easy to get to anywhere. the night view of lake is fantastic !!!polite and very friendly stuff. room was clean and cozy.

there is no breakfast at the hotel but close to the restaurant with good Georgian cuisine in a short walk.

View is amazing and room is also good ( with Balkon)

Bed is not comfortable, also many insects and you cant eat breakfast nearby (also not in hotel). I will say this is more like Guesthouse
