Good location and good property. Mr. Sanjeeva has made a good property in his home backyard, and the green garden and grass patch adds to the aesthetic appeal of the house. Good hosts and the family helped us with options to spend our evening in negombo. We wish we could spend more time in this property it would have been ideal for a full 2 days of stay.

Could be more clean, but considering all natural, it's bound to have insects and wall lizards, which is understandable, so no complaints.

Very nice family that owns the hotel that is behind there house, breakfast is good especially the local one. Perfect stop before going or coming from airport.

Nonpretentious, decent, and clean place for an overnight. Convenient location, walking distance to the Nawaloka Hospital.

Size and shape of the room did not go well with a/c.
