"Small but cosy"

We liked the location, coziness and little but functional kitchen.

It took quite long for the water to drain after shower, which then stays on the floor.

there was a weird smell from the kitchen sink, even though everything was very clean 😵‍💫

If you like to stay out of the city in quiet location this place is really recommended. Beautiful view for Mestia and the mountains, very quiet and peaceful. Owners are very helpful and kind.

"Superb"

Great location and viewes. Host was very friendly and carrying. The house has everything you need. It is true that there is a small piece of rocky lifting pass, but if you are scared of it or you have a small car, you can leave it right near this road section and walk on feet 3-5 minutes.

The house doesn`t have central heating, so host gave us 2 electric heaters which was not enough in the middle of october. We couldn`t keep it turned on all night as we were afraid of accidental inflaming. So after night there was cold enough in the house.
