The host were amazing. The most pet friendly place I have ever stayed. Nothing was too much for them. I will definitely return

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was a good size. The food is good quality and well cooked - breakfast and evening meal we had were delicious. The room was a good size. Comfy bed and we slept well. We all felt relaxed in the hotel. My child absolutely adored being able to meet Badger, the owners dog - he is lovely. We didn't have a dog with us in our room but all the dogs that others had were pleasant and well behaved. I don't remember hearing any unnecessary barking. It is good that there are outside seats in the front garden and a communal sitting room. Well placed for getting to beaches on both coasts.

Friendly hosts, easy check-in, 5-10 min walk to downtown, nice neighborhood, perfect breakfast, excellent price to value.

Heating was turned off at night (which is quite usual over there), but duvet could offset the cold. Low water pressure in the shower. Difficult to pull and close the drapes. Difficult to open and close the room door with the key. The floor creaks.
