"Very Horrible stay I am even scared to use Booking .com in future"

Poor communication Very aggressive rude tone to clients Insensitive to clients Hidden costs Prioritise themselves over clients -Client must come early to accomodate them as they wish to attend Christmas Lunch Generally unfriendly hosts Very confusing arrangements -2 people answering and covering themselves up Very Hostile to clients even threatening hostage if not all monies paid in full Not happy to engage in friendly meeting to address some of the problems we experience as clients Judging by the tone and how this Estelle Lady answer she knows nothing will happen to her from Boking .com(So in essence this Booking .com survey expose booking .com as a toothless entity,Estelle can do as she wish Very Hostile environment and very unfriendly establishment .
