Hanok stay Mokhyang

Very modern and had all the amenities needed! Breakfast was gimbap and it was super yummy! Staff was super nice and gave us a map to the attractions in gyeongju. You can also see sunrise and sunset which was very pretty.

The common toilet had a big indoor jacuzzi, but the shower and toilet area was a bit small and gets wet easily. Quite a number of small flies but it’s because it’s summer time so the moment you open the doors for a lil while bugs tend to fly in.

Apartamento amplio, completo y limpio en casa de reciente construcción al estilo tradicional y en un barrio de hanoks. A 20 minutos andando del centro, la zona es muy tranquila y tiene encanto, aunque se puede considerar las afueras y no hay tiendas en los alrededores. La anfitriona encantandora, aunque no hable inglés se hace entender estupendamente. Te traen por la mañana el desayuno.

Bellissima stanza, in un contesto bellissimo. L'hanok si trova in mezzo alle risaie, in un contesto idilliaco. L'unico rumore che si sente è il gracidare delle rane. La camera, anche se non enorme in metratura, sembra quasi più grande del previsto, per come è disposta. Quando siamo arrivati (in anticipo rispetto all'orario del check-in), siamo stati accolti da un signore anziano che non parlava inglese, ma si è mostrato gentilissimo e siamo comunque riusciti a comunicare a gesti. È stata un'interazione adorabile che dimostra la vera ospitalità dei proprietari. Siamo stati benissimo! La mattina tra le 7:30 e le 8:00 passavano a lasciarci il cestino della colazione davanti alla porta con i gimbap fatti in casa, una bontà! La posizione è buona, vicino ai tumuli senza essere nel caos, il modo perfetto per godersi Gyeongju e rilassarsi. La zona recintata con i tumuli è raggiungibile a piedi in 15-20 minuti; lo stesso tempo ci si impiega per andare alla stazione di bus da cui parte l'autobus per il Bulguksa. Se tornerò a Gyeongju, tornerò sicuramente lì!

L'unica pecca della stanza è che la mattina è inondata di luce e non ci sono tende oscuranti, quindi si viene svegliati dalla luce. E ovviamente, non puoi tenere le finestre aperte, sennò entrano gli insetti. Questo è un serio peccato perché il cortile della casa è bellissimo

Beautiful quiet property easy walking distance from all attractions, town, etc. room was lovely, although the property description could be clearer—the “spa” is in your room, not public, so if you didn’t book a room with a spa, it won’t be available to you.

Owners are super conscientious with attention to detail evident in all aspects of the room from the modern bathroom to the high quality air conditioning and appliances. Breakfast was basic but thoughtful.

The hanok was beautiful. It was very clean and comfortable. The owners were warm, friendly, and always welcoming. I felt very comfortable throughout my stay there. The location was also great. On the day I left, the host even left a small gift at my door☺️
