Hanok stay Mokhyang

Our stay in Gyeongju was amazing thanks to the stay at Mokhyang - the appartment was clean, nicely decorated, had a big jacuzzi, and was close to the city centre. The host was super friendly and was preparing a typical Korean breakfast for us everyday. I would highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for authentic cozy Korean stay in Gyeongju!

The pillows could be a bit softer but it is just my preference. Apart from that, everything was great!

Die Lage ist ausserhalb des Trubels des Touristen-Quartiers. Als Autofahrer findet man sehr einfach einen Parkplatz, die Anfahrt ist einfach von der Expressway gut erreichbar Man erreicht alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuss in 15 -30min. Zum Essen ist man in knapp 20 Minuten zu Fuss. Sehr schöner Innenhof. Das Zimmer hat alles, was man braucht. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und das Zimmer war sehr sauber.

Es hat etwas wenig Ablage-Möglichkeiten. Das Bad ist recht eng und mit den Türen etwas unpraktisch, da die gemauerte Badewanne riesig ist und die Hälfte des Badezimmers in Anspruch nimmt (und ca. 8 normale Badewannen an Wasser fasst).

Our hostess was an absolute delight. Very accommodating and just a gem to talk to. The interior was beautiful and the private bath really helped my recovery after a long day of seeing the local sites. I also loved the postcards of the accommodations they gave us at check out - such a unique gift!

It can be a bit difficult to find the correct address for taxis, but if you ask, the hostess will provide you one in hangul.

Great location and very friendly staff. They went out of their way to be friendly and recommend sites in the city. The breakfast was delicious (option of bread or gimbap). It was very special to stay in a traditional style house with a beautiful and peaceful garden.

The bed and pillows were a bit hard.

The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive. The kimbap breakfast is also very good (we were given the option of this or bread--would recommend the kimbap over the bread). Property is beautiful.

It is a little further from the downtown than other hanoks, but it was only a ~10 minute walk to the main tourist drag.

Beautiful hanok! Comfortable, clean and within easy walking distance from the town center. The breakfast was fresh and tasty. We really enjoyed our 2 nights here and the time we spent exploring Gyeongju.

The property is absolutely new and in perfect condition. Everything was spotlessly clean, the bedding was high quality and very comfortable, and the mini kitchen was perfectly equipped.

The ice machine was a little bit noisy.

Notre hôte nous a chaleureusement accueilli avec le sourire. Le logement extrêmement propre, bien équipé et très joli nous a permis de bien nous détendre.

Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und war sauber. Der Gastgeber hat uns sogar persönlich noch zum Bus-Bahnhof gefahren.
