Otis Harbor Springs

The style of the room was good, but the window air conditioner was noisy and interrupted sleep. The window blinds were hard to operate. If they were not up completely, outdoor lights would illuminate the bedroom. Pricey for what we got.

Nice clean property in a great location. Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms kinda small, small bathrooms (and we’re not really large people), beds not really queen sized, and strange that there’s no tv in the room.

We enjoyed staying here as a one-night deal as part of our Michigan roadtrip! Absolutely beautiful property and very nice room. I honestly loved not having a TV. They had so many other things to do with either your people or socialize with others staying there. I wish we stayed longer to utilize their amenities more.

Staff was super friendly and provided suggestions of where to spend time exploring the area. The coffee was delicious and the barista was so very friendly and kind.

The only thing that kept me from give a 10 is because the bar closed earlier than we hoped. It would be nice to be able to come back to hotel for a cocktail after watching the sun set at the lake.

Love the setting of the hotel and bed was very comfortable

Ian an older refurbished hotel, they're definitely is issues with noise. Would recommend adding some insulation between rooms so as to help with Hearin our neighbors.

Absolute RIPOFF! This property lacked any semblance of service or hospitality- no tv, no fridge, no microwave, strange smell in room, paper-thin walls, some vague and unofficial "quiet time" that meant NO NOISE at all from the paying customers after either 8, 9 or 10pm. No staff AT ALL on site after 9pm, no assigned parking and the onsite bar patrons would TAKE YOUR PARKING while at dinner. Terrible stay, do not recommend

Would like more food options

I like the closeness to Harbor Springs. The Bar area was cozy and the bartenders were friendly. I enjoy their conversations. The amenities were good. I’d like to have a tv in my room. I wish that breakfast options were available.
