The little Flamingo

We enjoyed our stay. The apartment was clean and very cute, the bed was comfy. The Host was super helpful with recommendations and easy to reach for any questions. Also the staff at the entrance were really nice and helpful. The place is located directly in Seapoint. You can easily reach both the beaches and City Center. In the surrounding area you have good restaurant optioned. We would come back for another stay!

The location was great, on a bust street. Close to the beach and Seaspoint nightlife. The security is good with friendly guys. Quiet and no noise. Good shower though a bit small. Fat people will struggle to enter. Good bed and bedding.

Paid public parking outside which could become costly. I was saved as most of my stay was weekend and Christmas holiday.

I didn't like the bedding,duvet inner felt like a plastic. Cotton one would have been better,and the throw blanket needs to be washed

Staf kwam meerdere malen zonder kloppen binnenlopen.

It took me 15 minutes to get inside as the security guard could not be bothered to come and open for me. There were no working batteries in the aircon remote. The side lamp was broken. There were flies all over the apartment.

Broken bathroom door handle, no toilet paper at all in the apartment. Very uncomfortable bed

Recipiention understood how most apartments opperate. Musa was very nice and patient with me. Told me to read instruction and how to use the scanner code for the lift. What you see on pics is exactly what you get. I was bit amazed that there was no noise in the building wow.

The kitchen did not have the basic utensils for cooking. No knife to cut and spoons. Was bit of a challenge as i only realised day 3 of my stay. We should have been warned of the street buzz and next building was under construction.
