Bathroom picture are not the same as they advertised.toilet and shower at the same area. When you are using toilet ,you put your foot on the shower area

Such generous, helpful & kind hosts. Definitely the best place I’ve stayed during my stay in Uzbekistan. Fantastic value for money & huge, wonderful breakfast daily. The lovely husband & wife team, always were cheerful & keen to know if I needed anything. The location is fantastic, quiet yet super convenient. Beautiful room, beautifully decorated with wonderful designed features. Lockable cupboard, great bathroom & so clean. 5 stars definitely & highly, highly recommended.

I had a wonderful stay at this location. The location was perfect-- close to major attractions and restaurants, making it convenient to get around and explore the area. The host was exceptionally welcoming, responsive and helpful throughout my stay. Their hospitality truly made a difference.

Great location just next to the Ark, but in a qiiet room.You can just walk to the sights. Ultra clean, spacious. Good breakfast in the room, good wifi. Big bathroom. We booked the 3 bed room as we travelled with our child had a comfy stay and a view to a mausoleum
