+ close to the Old City + very friendly host,Mrs can speak English +balkony with the acces to fresh air +new very strong air conditioning + clean and quite new room +hosts made sure that breakfasts were different +wardrobe + adequate to price + small market very close

-shower without curtain -steep stairs to room ( but its typical for buildings) - breakfast are on the corridor

Walking distance from shahi zinda and registan both. Very hospitable owner

Удобная локация. До ляби хауза пешком минут 10, до крепости - 2 минуты.Отзывчивые хозяева. В целом все, что было заявлено - все было. Хозяевам успеха и процветания.

Единственный минус, это то, что при уборке комнаты от предыдущих гостей забыли убрать мусор из ведра. Думаю, это - случайность.

NIezwykle mili i bardzo pomocni gospodarze, nigdy nie odmówili pomocy. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja właściwie kilka kroków od twierdzy ARK i Registanu, Czysto i przytulnie.

Wonderful, kind host. She's very accommodating. She let me leave my bags at the place after I checked out which was very helpful. She's lovely. And, the location is unbeatable.

The room is very small. But for the price, it's normal.

We had a very pleasant stay at Olimxon. It was a nice, new hotel and has a great location.We had a room with the old city view. The room was clean and comfortable. Great value for the price.

The location was exceptional, only 5 minutes walking distance from all the historical places in Bukhara. The host was very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The room was clean, comfortable, and overall everything was excellent.

The only issue I noticed was the noise insulation. The walls were not fully soundproof, so I could hear movement and noise from the neighboring rooms. Everything else was great.
