We booked 5 nights stay on the property but ended up only staying just 1 night. The property has two rentals we got the second house which was not as pictured. The AC was broken upon our arrival which no one took the effort to make us aware. They left a portable AC in the house which was loud, does not cool the area and the home was not equip to vent out the hot air return which defeats the purpose of the unit. It was 33-37 degrees everyday on the island so the home was too hot to stay in. We had to call the host on this and on the entertainment not working. Neither could be resolved in a timely manner. We had to book a last minute stay else where. This cause a huge inconvenient and we lost travel time to rectify the situation. Also, be warned there is so much ants on the property including the kitchen.

We were on Brač Island only two days, so we booked this apartment, and one of the reason was the pool, that is near apartment and is included in the price. We wanted to swim in the evening. When we arrived in the morning, girls were cleaning the apartment, so we went on the beach. And when we returned in the evening, we also wanted to spend time near the pool, but the host said, the the pool just was cleaned with chemicals ( it was in the evening, not in the morning when girls were cleaning) and we could use the pool only on the next day. But it's weird, because the next day check-out was about 10 o'clock and was heavy rain. So how do you imagine we could use it? If this service is included in the price - it should be available!!! To be honest, we were very disappointed about that.

Spacious, clean, pool, private, close enough to the centre but far enough for a peace and quiet.

The pool was superb- and the location was great; we didn't hire a car and we didn't really need one - taxis into town were easy to come by, and the walk to the amazing nearby beach was easy (we cut through a hotel but no-one seemed to mind!).

The location is great! It is located between Zlatni Rat beach and the peak of Vidova Gora, the highest point in the Adriatic Islands. Also, the pool was a huge win with my teenage kids. The layout of the home was great for our family of 6.

The TV wasn’t very easy to work with—couldn’t get Netflix to work and the cable programs were all Croatian or German. Thankfully that wasn’t a big deal, because we came to explore the Island and enjoy the natural beauty. It would have been nice to watch a show on the TV rather than my laptop!
