Great location.

Smell in the bathroom was horror. They need to look into drain issues in the building. Also, the buulding itself is a renovation site and does not look that welcoming or safe at night...

Everything was perfect. Nice and clean apartment with a more than enough space for family with kids. Exchange office, market, restaurants, bars etc. are within 3-6min walking. Parking available in agreement with the owner (pay per day), secured by gate. Wifi very strong and fast even outside the building. We were there in January 2025, it was warm inside, don't worry about getting here with kids in winter time.

The apartment looks much better than the photos, it's really beautiful. The bedrooms are quite small, but I didn't mind, because the open space and the kitchen were spacious, which is where I spent time with my friend. The kitchen is well equipped and the bathroom was clean. Also, the location is great. Everything is within walking distance. There is public parking on the street in front of the building, but there are also a few private parking spaces inside the inner yard, which you can potentially access for a price, if you let the host know ahead of time.

The building itself looks a bit sketchy, but I suppose it is outside of the owners' control. However, I didn't like the fact that they only accept payment in cash, especially since the law requires business owners to accept alternative means of payment (by credit card, by bank transfer...). That being said, the host didn't pressure me at all. She gave me time to settle in, find an ATM and make the payment when I was ready.
