Prima kamer en een goed bed, verwacht geen keurige gestucte muren en rechthangende schilderijen maar een meer authentiek aanvullende ruimte. Als dit je aanspreekt dan zit je hier goed.

Tijdens mijn verblijf werd er geen ontbijt geserveerd maar vond dit geen probleem.

A acomodação é uma atração a parte, com tantos objetos de arte. Os funcionários são muito atenciosos e o proprietário sempre oferece uma agradável surpresa na chegada!

A localização para quem quer se deslocar de forma rápida.

I liked that it was closed to everything and to the public transports as well. The room was really clean. The beds are so comfortable nice and clean.

I didn't liked that we could heard everything in the next rooms. Unfortunately on the day we left in the night the upstairs neighbours were all night walking up-down in the room and we couldn't sleep at all.

The location is good and the room was fine.

There is no reception which means nobody to report problems. There was no hot water in the bathroom. I received no response which I emailed the host on Saturday. On Sunday, I received a message with a WhatsApp number, where I eventually got a response to my message but was not offered any fix to the problem. The Sunday message also offered me a breakfast in the lounge. There was no breakfast in the lounge.

The place is noisy. Floors and stairways very noisy when people pass.

Location, price and friendliness of the staff

Toilets gave smell all the time, however I think this is problem with Lisbon itself as another friend in his Airbnb had same issues. The building is very old and gives peculiar smell in hallways stairs and common areas, however rooms are well organised, neat and clean, beddings are comfy. All good in rooms except bad smell in the toilets.

Bon compromis entre l hôtel et le rbnb. Proche du centre ville grâce au tram et/ou bus.(15mns).appartement spacieux. Kitchenette fonctionnelle

Il manque peut etre des voilages au niveau du sejour et de la chambre...literie un peu dure.Mais trés bon rapport qualité-prix
