The apartment is located on the 1st floor. It is small, but quite cozy. There was enough room for two of us. However, due to the fact that we work remotely, we lacked a work area, as well as high-quality Internet sometimes. The area is very quiet, the apartment windows are constantly in shadow. The furniture in the apartment is not new, but decent. It takes 8-10 minutes to walk to the beach. The vegetable market arrives on Mondays and is located in the next block. There is a BIM grocery store nearby, which is also very convenient. Advantages: 1. Very responsive host 2. Convenient location. There is a BIM grocery store in the next entrance. 3. Comfortable balcony 4. It's always in shade. Probably in the hot season, this can be considered a huge plus. 5. linen and towels are changed 1 time per week. 6. A good spacious refrigerator, in which the products did not spoil. 7. There is an elevator, although you'll have to lift the suitcase up 10 steps to it :)

Disadvantages: 1. Hot water in the shower and in the kitchen does not flow constantly. It means it is hot for a minute, and then cold for a minute. It's as if the water heater can't handle the required volume to heat the water. It turns out that there is always some kind of contrasting shower. It was very uncomfortable to wash and wash dishes manually. 2. Internet connection was intermittent, interruptions happened at least once a week for sure, and sometimes - more. Sometimes it was impossible to work at all. 3. We didn't really have enough dishes and Teflon on the pans :)

The apartment is clean. There is everything you need in it: refrigerator, gas stove, washing machine, air conditioning, electric kettle, minimum set of dishes, hairdryer in the bathroom. It is very convinient that the BIM supermarket is next to the entrnce of the apartment. The Monday market is less than 5 minutes walking, the sea is about 10-15 minutes walking, the supermarket Tahtakale is about 10 minutes walking. There is nice view of the mountains from the balcony. The owner is very friendly and responsive. He admitted earlier check in and later check out than normally.
