Prime location! A minute walk from anything important. very recommended! I forgot my shoes and they were shipped to me after 2 day without any trouble. Amazing service!

"Adorable apartment in center of town, but a little loud"

The apartment was very nice and spacious, just a short 10 minute walk from the train station and located in the center of the Groete Markt in the center of Breda. The location was convenient to access the sites and cafes. The apartment was well furnished, and had a small kitchen for cooking in and a refrigerator for storing food. The host left a nice bottle of wine upon our arrival, and provided good information for what to do in Breda prior to our arrival.

It was very loud until late in the evening on the weekend (1-2 am) as it is just above the cafes. It was less noisy during the week. There is no air conditioning, and due to the noise in the cafes below, we couldn't open the windows for ventilation. Be mindful of the weather, as it was above 80 degrees during our stay! The host did bring a fan for our third night. Also, it is not a hotel, so the normal toiletries (i.e shamppo) are not provided. Also plan to bring your own spices if you plan to cook.
