"Relaxing refreshing in a very convenient location just outside Derry and close proximity to donegal"

Breakfast was lovely

Some might think im strange but the room was way too hot, not complaining about it being warm in that sense, I just struggle to sleep when its too hot, even with the window open all night didn't help, but thats not saying anything bad, alot of people would of loved that temperature, definitely never freeze while you stay 😊

"Good option for familes with a car on the edge of Derry."

Friendly staff, a large family room and a filling breakfast. There was also good parking.

We stayed over a wet and dark evening so did not get to experience the property and area in the way we would have liked to.

"Enjoyable stay in a lovely guesthouse in a quiet location"

Excellent location - close to my work location for the next morning! The premises were lovely, clean and well maintained. Staff were friendly and the breakfast had a great choice of cereals, yoghurt, fruit, and a cooked breakfast. My room was 'hotel quality' complete with wall-mounted television, tea/coffee, and a safe. The bed was very comfortable. I would certainly recommend this guesthouse.

The chair in the Beech room had wobbly legs - just needs someone to tighten up the nuts! Apart from that, all good!
