No, everything perfect.

Our stay was very nice in this newly renovated apartment with several rooms with a small lobby. Very nice rooms, spacious, clean, good beds. We arrived late in the evening and have to phone few times to owner before he arrived but in the end we got in to our rooms. He was a nice person and very sorry for the misunderstanding.

The communication was not very fluent between us and the owner in English, but it was fun. Our Italian skills are not good and ability to speak Italian is very limited, some basic words, but it helped us to understand each other.

I'm new to travelling and had never visited Italy before. I didn't realise that WhatsApp was the main method of communication and check-in but once that was sorted the gentleman who met me to let me into the apartment was very kind and friendly. He showed me around the room and gave me some recommendations for places to visit in the area. The room was very clean which is a big must for me.

The area is definitely a bit more residential so it was hard to get my bearings and I was initially nervous BUT I quickly realised residents are very friendly and happy to help. I entered several shops in which shopkeepers and customers helped me find things despite the language barrier. So, not much of a downside, but it was the only thing I could think of.

Brand new, modern furnishings. Great balcony. Quiet area. Walking distance from train station. Great walk to main shopping area with all the sights.

Street level had no listing for Green Suite. We had to ask a guy on the street if he knew the place. He called and got ahold of the owner who then came down 6 floors to open the door. It should be clearly marked at the street. There is an elevator. We had 2 rooms. Our AC didn't work. The room was stuffy.

Good bed, good shower, clean.

There were no signs on the building, the mailbox, and the door to the property. Difficult to find without any signs. Also, the WiFI password was not in the room nor in the office.
