"Excellent guest house in hakodate."

The Owner is very friendly and welcome. They live on upstair. The house is nice. There have washing machine and drying (400 yen/times) the beds are so comfortable. The location is very good.(near Kanemori red brick).

It's close to attractions such as Mt. Hakodate. The owners were incredibly sweet and nice, and went above and beyond for us. If I ever go back to Hakodate, this will be the first place I want to stay.

"Perfect Stay, Cozy place, Attentive hosts"

Fantastic stay! Spacious and lovely home run by friendly hosts. Cleanliness is 100%. Futon beds are very comfy. Living room feels so homey and warm as heater was provided (very important during winter!). Toilet and shower area was sparkling clean. You can see the efforts from the hosts to keep the place clean and smelling fresh. Location is superb too with major attractions and Hakodate station nearby. Tram station is about 3 mins walk and there is a convenience store nearby. Special thanks to Hajime San and Yuko San for their excellent hospitality. They are so attentive and thoughtful! They insisted to help cleaned our luggage (because of the walk from the snow) and they also prepared fresh strawberries, coffee and tea bag, heat pads as well as pajamas for our stay. They even offered to send us to Hakodate station during our checkout in the morning. Overall I enjoyed my stay here very much and will definitely revisit if I have the chance. Totally worth the price and is the best home stay I’ve experienced by far !!

The Annabel Guest house is highly recommended during your stay and vacation in Hakodate. The location is within waking distance to famous sightseeing spots of Hakodate and the JR station. The hosts are guinely kind. The room is exactly the same as the pictures, spotless and spacious. The futon is extremely comfortable, especially during winter.

"Excellent accommodation, super hosts!"

The apartment is spacious and very clean. It is well equipped with more than what we needed. There are two bathrooms and two toilets, all separate. The location is very convenient, walking distance from a tram station which is just two stops away from Hakodate train station. Many tourist spots are within walking distance from the apartment. We received warm hospitality from the hosts, Hajime san and Yuko san. Before we arrive, everything is well prepared. When we arrived, they walked us through all the rooms and facilities, introduced to us the tourist spots with a tour map and recommended food worth trying. They also welcome us with fresh organic fruits that we enjoyed very much.
