GBFriendly English speaking staff. Booked at one location but, problems there meant they changed our location. A little hard to find. So called them and, they came to get us. A 5 minute walk to some bars/restaurants. room and, premises very clean. No facilities or b/fast. but, available locally.
A bit awkward finding it.
VNGBThe family who run the property were lovely and welcoming. They also had puppies next door which were adorable to say hello to everyday 😍 very clean, place was exactly what it says it offers!
Grab (the taxi app) found it hard to locate the property quite a few times
AUIt was clean.
The location was too far from the centre and we needed to rely on cabs. There were no food facilities on site or nearby so we had to travel by cab for dinner and arrange our own food for breakfast.
AUThe room was spacious!
They didn’t realise we booked on booking.com and tried to refuse our request of two rooms like we selected online. We argued for about an hour as they wanted us 4 people to share one room. We did not want to share and eventually they gave us two seperate rooms after saying it wasn’t available. Location was bad

VNVNVNExceptional New Year' Eve when we all have a wonderful time to seeing stunning fireworks from the balcony of Romance Hotel on Pham HongThai street. Feeling and touching the nature atmosphere and little cool around. We're spent three nights lovely and valued money in Dalat. Romance hotel is near the centre, about 1.3km walk to XuanHuong Lake. Restaurants and cafes were around also, it's take 5 to 10 minutes walking to Near Coffee, Violette Flower Restaurant on Tran hung Dao Street. The owner was so kindly and friendly. Nice and clean room with softly pillow. Large room, suitable for families, group of friends ❤️ Thank you so much. We'll be back 🌳🌳🌳🌳🌳🌳💚
