Avocado Villas

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in dem stilvoll und gemütlich eingerichteten Haus. Alles war neu renoviert, sehr sauber und mit viel Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet. In der Küche gab es alles, was man braucht, auch genügend Handtücher waren vorhanden (Dusche+Pool). Wir wurden mit einem vollen Kühlschrank begrüßt und auch ansonsten waren Jason und seine Familie tolle Gastgeber. Sie sind mit uns in die Weinberge gefahren und haben uns alle Tiere vorgestellt. Unsere Kinder (10+11) hatten viel Freude mit den Katzen und Hunden. Auch einen Esel, Ziegen, ein Pferd und Hühner konnte man besuchen. Das Haus ist umgeben von vielen bunt blühenden Pflanzen und liegt mit seinem gepflegten Pool ganz ruhig in einer kleinen Ortschaft mit einer sehr leckeren Taverne. Ein paar Supermärkte sind mit dem Auto in weniger als 10 min zu erreichen. Jason hatte gute Tipps für wunderschöne Strände in der Nähe und auch etwas weiter weg. Die wahrscheinlich beste Ferienwohnung, in der wir je waren. Das Ferienhaus ist größer als gedacht, ganz neu, sehr gut ausgestattet, blitzsauber und toll gelegen. Betten sind auch bequem. Mit dem Auto ist man in 10 Minuten am nächsten Strand, in 20 Minuten in Chania und auch sonst schnell an den tollen Orten Westkretas. die Taverne im Ort ist hervorragend und es lassen sich direkt einige kleinere Wanderungen unternehmen. Der eigene Pool samt Liegen, Schwimmutensilien und Grill ist ein echtes Highlight (unter Obst- und Olivenbäumen). Was in der Beschreibung der Unterkunft völlig unterschätzt wird: Iasons Familie betreibt einen kleinen Bauernhof mit Oliven-, Orangen- und Avocado-Anbau, Ziegen, Schafen, Geflügel, Pferd und Esel sowie vielen Katzen und Hunden - supertoll für den Aufenthalt mit Kindern! Überhaupt fühlten wir uns mehr als willkommen: Wir bekamen zur Anreise Wein, Schnaps und frisches Gemüse und Obst aus dem Garten, außerdem wurden wir sogar mit hausgemachem Mittagessen bedacht. Als meine Partnerin krank war, besorgte uns Iason sogar Medikamente und war überhaupt sehr hilfsbereit bei allen Belangen. Ich würde jederzeit wieder kommen!

Everything was amazing!

Great location! Small village away from the tourist bustle but still close enough to serve as a base for seeing the surrounding beaches and attractions. Jason was really friendly and helpful, his homemade raki was just perfect!. Really comfortable beds and the villa itself is really spacious. Fantastic pool was definitely huge advantage ad we might rest while kids were playing. Local taverna just nearby offers delicious food. To sum up, if you want to taste something local and feel like living in a Greek village for a while this is your must have!

We had a fantastic stay at Avocado Villa Fivos. Iason and his family were incredibly welcoming—his passion for the place and the land really shines through. They shared delicious local produce and gave us great advice on exploring the area. The villa strikes a perfect balance between traditional charm and modern comfort. It was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and very well equipped. The pool was large and very well maintained and the views from the house over the surrounding countryside were stunning. Our son especially loved the farm tour, where he got to meet the animals and plant his own avocado tree—a highlight of the trip. The location is ideal for visiting Chania, as well as the beautiful beaches of Balos and Elafonisi. We’d happily return.

The villa was great, everything you needed for a comfortable relaxed stay. Jason was super helpful and friendly and accommodating of our requests. We loved staying so close to a working farm and especially the visits from the dogs and the local cats.

Spędziliśmy wspaniałe wakacje. Miejsce jest cudowne i magiczne. Dom jest piękny i wygodny, ma liczne udogodnienia, wspaniały styl. Doskonale działało wifi w domu i poza nim. Klimatyzacja była w każdym pomieszczeniu, 3 łazienki, pełne wyposażenie. Były też 2 telewizory, z których i tak szkoda było czasu, żeby korzystać. Ogromnym atutem domu jest prywatny, piękny basen wśród drzew i kwitnących krzewów, z miejscem do siedzenia pod drzewem oliwnym. Do tego są leżaki i parasole, aż się nie chce ruszać poza basen. Położenie domu jest bardzo dobre, blisko do plaż Balos i Elafonisi, blisko do Chanii. Oczywiście trzeba mieć samochód. Dużym atutem jest pomocny i miły gospodarz - Iason, który bardzo się starał, żeby nasz pobyt był udany. Dostaliśmy od niego własne wyroby na powitanie, owoce, warzywa, przekąski na ciepło i nie tylko. Całości dopełniają zwierzęta, które mieszkają w pobliżu, osiołek Caramengo i koń Lulu. To znakomite miejsce na wakacje na Krecie, do którego aż chce się wracać. Polecamy serdecznie!

Η εμπειρία μας από τη διαμονή στην Κρήτη, στο avocado villas , ήταν πραγματικά εξαιρετική. Από την πρώτη στιγμή νιώσαμε ευπρόσδεκτοι, χάρη στην άψογη φιλοξενία και την ευγένεια του οικοδεσπότη. Ο χώρος ήταν πεντακάθαρος, περιποιημένος και πολύ προσεγμένος, με εξαιρετική παραδοσιακή φιλοσοφία..κάτι που μας έκανε να νιώσουμε άνετα και χαλαρά. Ο Ιάσωνας (ο ιδιοκτήτης) ήταν πάντα διαθέσιμος για ό,τι χρειαστήκαμε και ό,τι του ζητήσαμε από τοπικά προϊόντα, μας το έφερε άμεσα, με προθυμία και χαμόγελο. Είναι φανερό ότι αγαπά αυτό που κάνει και το αποδεικνύει σε κάθε λεπτομέρεια. Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα σε όποιον επισκέπτεται την Κρήτη και αναζητά μια φιλοξενία με ποιότητα, καθαριότητα και γνήσια ανθρώπινη ζεστασιά.
