Ft Lauderdale Dream

Great location!

We stayed here for a few nights and overall the location was convenient, but there were several issues that impacted our experience. The master bathroom door lock was broken and wouldn’t lock, which was especially difficult with a small child. The living room couch was also broken upon arrival and couldn’t be used at all. Additionally, the pool was noticeably dirty when we got there. I did bring these concerns up during our stay. While the host responded and said they weren’t aware of the couch issue and would replace it, there wasn’t much acknowledgment or resolution regarding the other concerns. The explanation about pool service being scheduled weekly didn’t really change the fact that it wasn’t clean when we arrived. Overall, the place has potential, but better maintenance and attention to guest readiness would make a big difference.

Schöne ruhige und sichere Lage. Es war alles so wie beschrieben. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es ist sehr sauber. Ein Ort in dem man sich erholen kann. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Es ist alles in der Nähe was man braucht.

Manche Möbelstücke sind in die Jahre gekommen. Das Geschirr sollte genauer unter die Lupe genommen werden und erneuert werden.

The location was perfect! The unit had all of the amenities we were looking for. The beds were very comfortable.

We had a great deal of difficulty trying to get into the unit using the code. I don't know if there is a physical issue with the door, but we had to call the owners on a couple of occasions to get help.

La maison était grande pour notre famille de 6 et très propre. Il y a des personnes qui viennent pour l’entretien de la cour & de la piscine. À notre arrivée, le système d’alarme sonnait par manque de batterie ; on nous a envoyé une personne il était 10H du soir pour régler le problème. Quel service !!!! On nous répondait rapidement au besoin et en fait il y avait toujours quelque à notre disposition au besoin.

J’ai eu de la difficulté à trouver les switch des lumières extérieur pour pouvoir illuminer la cour. La piscine était un peu froide , j’aurais préféré une piscine chauffée

Location was perfect!!! Neighborhood was very quiet and safe..

The property needs a lot of work. Pool was very dirty,found a dirty underwear in the bunk bed room. Ac filter was completely dirty. Master bedroom shower nob was completely loose.

Nothing to dislike

The location seemed fine, but unfortunately we couldn’t stay long enough to enjoy it because of the condition of the property.

The house was in unacceptable condition. It had a strong, unpleasant smell from the moment we entered, the rooms were not properly cleaned, and we found stained sheets and insects behind furniture and in the bedrooms. The air conditioner was broken and leaking water directly onto the bed, making it unusable. Several doors and windows were difficult to close, which made us feel unsafe. Overall, the property was nothing like advertised and completely unfit for our family — we left the same night we arrived. To make matters worse, the property owner originally promised us a full refund in writing, but later went back on their word — adding even more frustration to an already terrible experience.

Location, amenities, neighborhood. Shout out to everyone who's done a prior review. No complaints what's so ever.
