Nice cosy room with a very comfortable bed, blackout blind and very quiet. Excellent host who was very helpful and knew the area well. Very good value for money.

I didn't realise that my room would be on the 4th floor with no lift, but the host kindly carried my suitcase up for me. Because my single room was an attic room the beam was something to be aware of, even though I'm only 5'4!

Dirty skirting boards full of thick dust tv was so tiny hard to see a film massive crack down the wall in bathroom mildew near tap on sink barely any milk or toilet roll tea and coffee didn't taste nice should be refunded really

It is clean, tidy and comfortable. The staff are lovely and friendly. The facilities are great and the location is brilliant - just a short walk from the train station and the city centre. I will definitely stay there again and I would recommend it to other people visiting Plymouth.

Only that the curtains let in a bit too much light and the bedroom I was in faces onto the street so it could do with a net curtain for privacy. Otherwise it was fine.
