The fact that booking, in the description, mentions that there are two bedrooms, but in fact the apartment has only one bedroom with a double bed and three single beds on the mezzanine

The apartment was nice and clean

We booked for 3 people, there were towels only for 2...and they fix it. After that no hot water...first I was told I am wrong,after that I was right. No offer to reimburse or nothing,not even partially. I have screen shots of the messages.
