Win Herastrau CLOUD

The location is great, near restaurants, supermarkets and easy to get around, the apartment even has a washing machine and a dryer which is greatly appreciated and a much needed parking spot for those traveling by car.

It wasn’t clean, there was a lot of dust, hair in the bathroom and cobweb on the ceiling, stains on the doors and kitchen cabinets.

Great location and beautiful apartment

Everything looked as advertised, clean, modern.

I got lost a few times trying to get there in the evening. Google or Waze address for cars was also leading to the wrong spot. I got used to it after a few misses.

Cozy and spacious flat, very nice location, quiet area, close to Herastrau park. Lovely restaurants in the area.

Getting access to the key was a bit difficult. There are many concierge places but empty, so finding the responsible person, which was actually the guard man, was a bit adventurous. Also, the room we were meant to have hadn't been cleaned on time, so we were given another one. Even if sorted out, all these took extra time and stress. Otherwise, the quality of the stay made up for it.
