Beautiful place! The owner was really helpful and accessible with good flexibility. Bed confortable, amazing terrasse with the view!

The bathrooms were a little bit smelly.

Very nice penthouse. In walking distance to the center. Monastir and nice tourist beaches in Port El Kantaoui can be cheaply reached by taxi. Is close to the best Frikasse and Orange Juice Seller in the City. The owner and the conciere were always ready to help. Most importantly: the AC worked very well.

The beach 150m from the penthouse is mostly for the locals and at times very crowded. Sousse generally is a little bit dirty and there were cockroaches.

It was clean and comfortable and very much like being home from home. Much better than a hotel It was very quiet and I liked the fact that we could adjust the heating to suit my requirements

I liked everything about this apartment

The location was outside of the main tourist area of Sousse but in a fairly decent range to the beach area, and you could walk to some shops and restaurants. The apartment was spacious and did have heat and hot water that we paid extra for. There were large windows in the living area. The bed was comfortable, though on the floor, so it was difficult to get up and down from it. The balcony would have been a nice place to enjoy a coffee, but the weather wasn't cooperative during our stay.

The description of the apartment is misleading. Though spacious, it is not luxury. Also, the address makes it very hard to find, even for locals. We used Bolt to get around and recommend using Fontanella Cafe as your your drop off point. The whole apartment needs a good wall scrub and repainting. Some of the furniture was broken and half the lights didn't work. The bathtub had a dirt ring and grungy shower curtain, and there was barely any water flow out of the bathroom sinks. The kitchen does not have a kettle, so we boiled water in a pot for our tea. The cleaning sponge in the kitchen was disgusting - we bought our own, as well as a drying cloth.

Price is different to the website which is typical as tunisian will do everything in their power to take advantage of the price so expect to be paying double the price & the staff knocking on my door from 10AM multiple times even tho check out is at 12 is ridiculous

Everything was good except that there was no place for water drainage from both bathrooms.
