La situation

Nous étions tous seul 😳

Staff is very friendly. The location is great. It is convenient for divers because they come to this resort and pick you up by a boat.

-Water Bungalow shakes everytime other guests use the jetty so be ready for the shakes. -The Staff are nice but need a proper training to make guests more comfortable. For example, there are three staff men in front of my Bungalow (in front of my door) for a long time to chat and even smoke. I didn't understand why they were there, and I complained that it is my private space and I need them to leave. The femle resort staff that I complained didn't really understand why I was complaining. -Transportation schedule was tricky too. I told I would need a transportation at 12:00 day before. Next day, at 11:30, suddenly they came to my bungalow and informed me that driver is ready. I was not ready so I told them to wait until 12 as I already informed. At 12:00, they told me to wait for 20 min. I told them that I do not want to wait 20 min. Then, they told me to wait 10 min. However, 2 min later, the driver showed up. If this happened much cheaper option, I do not mind, but since it is a resort, I hope they improve their customer services. *I communicate in Bahasa so their miscommunication is not lack of English skills, but their level of professionalism.

Some of the friendliest staff we met in Raja Ampat! Super helpful and nice. The food was also incredible. Having AC in the overwater huts was also very comfortable.

Rooms looked a bit dated and common areas were a bit bare. Some more attention to cozy common areas would make it more inviting to spend time also outside the room.

Vi bodde här en natt, och ville inte komma tillbaka. Tjejen i receptionen och övrig personal var trevlig, maten var kanonbra!

Ingen introduktion när man anlände om mattider, vad som ingår och inte, vad som finns vart på resortet osv. Rummen var inte städade ordentligt. Lakan och sängkläder var inte rena. AC fungerade inte - den fick vi plocka isär själva för att ta ut filterna som var helt igensatta. Tycker inte heller man kan kalla sig för ”Dive Resort” när det inte finns dykning PÅ resortet.

The location is beautiful, the staff are amazing, it was so lovely that food was prepared and they made sure we had meals ready for us. The water surrounding our bungalow is so beautiful, I still can't believe how much beautiful wildlife we saw just from snorkeling.

We were really happy overall, but given the remoteness of the accommodation, it would have been great to be able to store some cold drinks somewhere or access ice. There is no bar at the property so being able to purchase some outside refreshments and keep them fresh/cold in the room or somewhere else would be really nice.

The staff in the hotel made our stay. The young girl at the reception is very helpful and friendly. She could organize everything You need, tours, transportation, bike for rent. The food was incredible, so much and so delicious. If You go diving or somewhere else, they provide You with lunch to take away. Don't expect a lot, just enjoy the moment

Bathroom needs to be more clean
