Host & staff were lovely & even with minimal English very helpful especially when I had issues on my leaving day. The location is good. Close to temple, river & restaurants etc. breakfast fine tho no fresh OJ & /or English tea /millk'. Hot showers & comfortable bed.

I didn't get the mountain view room as stated in the booking. Thought it to be a little over priced even for 'old quarter area

I felt so welcome at the hotel! It was very clean and the location is PERFECT. Right there in the center. The receptionist Giang helped me to carry my bag to the room (I was injured) and helped me with many of my questions. Booking excursions and transport at the hotel was so easy too. I did the full day excursion. Breakfast was simple but sufficient.
