Lehani Beach Hostel

Locație foarte confortabilă la malul oceanului, priveliștea inegalabila, gazde tinere deosebite, atmosferă plăcută. Hostelul este bine întreținut, ne-am bucurat de piscina, terasă, acces imediat la plaja, camera și baia moderne, bucataria complet utilata, apa din partea casei. Gazda ne-a facut recomandari privind locurile de luat masa, posibile activitati în zona. Curățenie impecabila, personal permanent, foarte amabil. Este un restaurant bun chiar in cladirea de lângă. A fost o săptămână de relaxare totală, dacă s-ar fi putut am mai fi stat. Pozele nu pot descrie atmosfera idilica. Perfect!

There are a lot of positives at Lehani's - The location is awesome and right on the beach with great views, the rooms are spacious and large and the pool area is nice. The owner Ria was very helpful when my date had to be adjusted due to LAM Airlines cancelling my flight and rescheduling to next day without penalty. They also have everything possible for a good stay including a fast internet, refrigerators and containers to store food and drinks in common areas. Cooking facilities for those inclined to cook their own meals are available for all sorts of cooking from utensils to barbecue. It could be an amazing destination but for some shortcomings.

The service aspect was very poor, the AC in my room was not working and despite several requests it was not repaired till I checked out, which made the nights not very comfortable since you had to close all windows due to mosquitos and sleep in a mosquito net, i did get an extra pedestal fan in the room but on a hot day. I had given my clothes to be washed and laundered but was informed the next day that's not possible due to some issues and it was after chasing a couple of times that the unwashed clothes were finally returned to me an hour before check-out. There is no generator in the property, on the day I landed there was a long power cut in Tofo till almost midnight during which time, you cannot take a bath in your room or even flush your toilet during a power cut, which is strange to me. On another day, the power cut off suddenly when I was in the shower and I was stuck since the water abruptly stopped halfway through, luckily this was a short power cut and it resumed in a few minutes. There is no catering in the hostel, so unless you plan to cook yourself, you will need to step out for every meal which thankfully just a ten minute walk away. Overall, I was uncomfortable enough to leave a day before schedule.

Good location. Nice view Lovely staff WI FI was very nice lovely pool The open kitchen it was breathtaking We made friends from USA and Portugal and we did have a dinner together

Such a beautiful place with amazing view! Very affordable and friendly.

Ria, the owner, runs an excellent hostel. She is very warm, friendly and inviting, as are the staff who are constantly working, cleaning and maintaining the beautiful property. Very clean rooms and grounds and a huge well stocked kitchen. Location is outstanding and I highly recommend staying here. Plus, you get 5% discount at Tofo SCUBA.

A geleira compartilhada não é das melhores, não está muito higienizada à culpa de alguns hóspedes e em alguns momentos propícia que alguns hóspedes levem a refeição ou bebidas dos outros. Penso que se devia pensar em geleirinhas em cada quarto para que situações do género não se repitam
